Bid upon submission is binding if accepted by Seller.
Payment: 5% of total order value payable upon issue of Proforma Invoice and balance as per Sales-Purchase Contract or else mutually agreed between buyer and seller.
Bank reference authorisation and bank account details must be provided at the time of bidding
Service Charges: Contract Value upto USD1 Million: 0.025% of contract value or USD250 (bank charges to remitter account) whichever higher is payable upon acceptance of the bid. Contract Value above USD1 Million: 0.015% of contract value or USD1000 (bank charge to remitter account) whichever higher is payable upon acceptance of the bid.
Due diligence of Sellers and Buyers to ensure participation of genuine and credible parties.
Facilitate complete transaction between Sellers and Buyers to ensure complete satisfaction and successful execution of the Sales-Purchase contract.
Facilitate dispute settlement as per mutually agreed place for arbitration at costs to be borne equally by Seller and Buyer
Arrangement of inspection covering quality and quantity and packing to ensure compliance with Sale-Purchase contract at the time of shipment by Independent Inspection agencies such as SGS/ ITS,etc at costs borne by the buyer.
Any other services such as logistics/Insurance/finance as may be required by seller/buyer.
